Is it the history that makes us or we make the history?

Some people believe that history is what makes us while some believe we make our own history. What do you think?

All of us have a past. We are what we are because of our own history. History is what shapes us into our present. It never leaves us. It follows us like a shadow. It can be a sweet memory or can be bitter truth. Whatever it is, it comes back to us at every other corner in life!

But how important is to cling onto it? May be a little? Or maybe not at all! How do you know it is time to let go or it is worth fighting for?

Because it is important to remember that our today is going to make our tomorrow.

So how do we let go the past and move onto future? How do we make sure that we don't let our past weigh us down? How do we believe that it was not a failure and was learning? How do we forget the pain and sadness from the past and instead remember how we grew and became stronger?

How do we let go someone whom we love and not expect the love in return?

How do we make a new history for ourselves?

A Moment!

It was a moment of fear
It was a moment of tear
It was just not fair!

It was painful
It was awful
It was just not cheerful!

It was a moment of loneliness
It was a moment of emptiness
It was just not happiness!

Were they tears of fear or
Were they tears of pain or
Was it just being lonely?

Is it another chapter of your life?

So they say you want to climb up the ladder, then here are the things you will have to deal with. Competitors, Jealousy, Backstabbing, BadMouthing? Are you still ready to tread the path?

Then here are the things you will need to learn: What is the trick to get on the top before your competitors? You keep outperforming them with your dedication and whole heartedness. Not by trying to come up with ideas how to bring one down so you have a leap. It is one of the most dark place you ever want to be in your professional life before you reach the far end of the tunnel which is bright with sunshine. As you grow, comes the responsbility. With power comes more enemies. You have to learn not be over sensitive and learn to fight. Stop protecting someone if you need to save your own reputation. Stop being extra good to someone who does not care for you. Yes that is how it works.

Is it wrong to have a desire to be liked by everyone around you? May be not wrong but may be it is a desire that will never be fulfilled. And you gotta learn how to deal with it. It may feel like all together a new challenge and new chapter of life to deal with it, but once you master it, there is no one to stop you.

your advise came across as arrogance

my assertiveness was just to emphasis something important
my advise was uncalled for but it was because i am possessive about you

Probably not..

Have you ever looked back in the past and wondered "What went wrong?" Yes I have. And I have always had answers until now. What do you do when you dont have the answers.


Sometimes you just keep wondering what went wrong. Sometimes even after you do all the right things, people just take you in the wrong way. Is there any use in trying to get hold of the person and explaining him your actions and justifying yourself. You would think yes. But in this case it looks like nope there is no point!


Here is the thought I always believed in "I want to give it a try, because I dont want to regret in my life thinking I didnt even try." Question is how long do you try before you give up and yet not regret giving up. Especially when it is related to a close dear relationship that you value.
"Not all relationships are worth keeping and not all people you love are worth it." But there is something inside you that just does not let it go when you are hurt deep down inside.

And you still wonder "What went wrong?"

My first film in Delhi - Don 2 Reviewed!

S and I were in India when Don 2 was released. And we decided to take S's parents for the movie to bring a small change in their routine life. To my surprise 3D craze has picked up a lot in Bollywood industry. Unlike Hollywood movies the 3D technology was not up to the mark, overall the movie was thrilling and had amazing dialogues and action.

SRK has undoubtedly delivered the best arrogance, confidence, wickedness and action that Don's character demands. Though lot of action scenes look like a copy of Hollywood movies (especially the car chase scene between jungli billi and Don) it was well directed and edited. With all the international shooting touch to the movie, it is definitely a box office hit. Movie starts of slow and tries to build up the story leading to the amazing thrill and action in the later half. Priyanka was looking stunning throughout the movie and the romance between the two was intriguing.

Even if you don't like SRK you will like the movie and you will be totally entertained.

Happy New Year!

Another year passed by and I have grown a year older. Last year was wonderful professionally as well as personally for me. It was one hell of a year at work, working on the biggest project of the company. I am pleased with my work and happy about it. I learned few things and taught few to my colleagues. It was very stressful at times due to the high demanding nature of my job, but I enjoyed every bit of it.

S and I travelled a lot last year. Spent a lot of time with friends and family. Now another year has started. And I am curious to know what is awaiting our lives this year. I am sure it will turn out to be another great year.
